Would you make version for wh2 or point me where to go to make my own? My bad for the post. I dont have wh3 and this seems to be the only mod like it.

Hey mate, sorry I won't do mods for wh2.
Ofc you can try yourself.
There are good learning resources on how to make mods in TW. Best place to start is the "total war modding wiki".
Actually, I started modding myself because of this kind of mod (the skaven version of it) just went missing in the workshop. So I learned how to mod it myself.
These kind of mods are pretty easy, as the are only table based. So it could be a good start for you.
