Resident Evil 4 Styled Parasite
Idk how possible it is, but seeing this makes me think it may be possible. the human is invulnerable untill the head is destroyed and a parasite emerges from its head. any limbs that are destroyed are replaced by a fleshy copy or maybe tendrils.
