an old technique i actually used once to make a flying helicopter car a while back (works rather well, but not perfect), it uses a rust mini-copter mod. make the car and the helicopter have no collide, place the mini-copter inside of the van, weld it, make it invisible, and your done.
getting inside might be a bit hard but once you get it to work, it works well

Just replace the mini-copter with like LVS Or LFS.

open pac 3 , use lvs heli , create entity , set alpha to 0 add model to base bone AND UALA , helivan works
