Chara: Where are they?
I noticed Chara isn't in the mod or has been turned to an unlockable. If they ARE an unlockable now, then how do you unlock them?

That could be due to having another mod with a character with the exact same name as one of the characters in this mod

I deactivated all mods and it still didn't work

then you have to unlock it because its an unlockable and to get i you have to kill everyone in the mod + Mettaton NEO and Undyne the undying

use quick right click options mod or if u dont want to use mods then use emp bomb or stunner

i killed every singe monster at once even frisk and didn't get chara

I tried to get chara by killing boss monsters but I still didn't get her.
maybe it needs a new update?

I killed Sans with the Real Knife to get Chara.
