Really liking how it came out.
Sprites are really good.
Loving the addition of needing to kill Undyne and Mettaton EX to be able to use Undying and Neo.
A bit excessive on the amount of absolutely immortal characters (12 of them), but that's just a small issue not to worry about.
Shame the souls aren't items that you can spawn in, though I know that my idea for them was a stretch for the game to even handle.
Also loving the inclusion of the dust mechanic

Bugs:
Noticing that most of the melee weapons, such as the swords, knifes, and axes, aren't very sharp and usually bounce off the floor or person.
Spears, Asgore's Trident, and the bones have a hard time piecing monsters, usually kills via crushing instead.
Jerry doesn't dust when killed
Undyne the Undying's armor doesn't dust away with her, still despawns when Undying does.


Possible additions:
Give Alphys her tail.
Make the phone actually shoot
Legendary Artifact
Souls (Paperweight or somehow get that mechanic in the game, small enough to fit into the soul containers)
Glad Dummy
Mettaton NEO exploding after a few seconds when killed
Gaster Followers (Very unlikely since you aren't planning to do Gaster as a spawnable entity, maybe have Gaster appear as a static icon in the menu and spawing him crashes the game but do what you want to do.)

(Suggestions)

Toriel: You could make it shoot fire power by activating their hand.
Sans: Right hand = Spawn GB, Left Hand = Spawn bones to fall to the right of him.
Papyrus: Same as sans other than GB but just throw bones.
Real Knife: Maybe make it more special then making it a copy of toy knife, like make it to where the more you get hurt the more stronger it gets: half dead = fire knife. Basically dead = Insta-Kill Knife
Hyper God of Death: Hands shoot out chaos blasters beams or whatever they are. Kinda like that one attack in undertale where they spam it
Gaster: in this mod maybe it could be a unlockable or smth. Maybe like y'know, you have to kill Gaster followers in the void.
Mettaton: If Human pushes the button on the back, it could explode.
MT EX: When they kick it does a pink explosion
Souls: Green soul: spawns the thing from the soul mod and, you get the point. Also heals 50% of the hp every 50 seconds
Blue soul: Gravity = 1/0 idk, Yellow soul: Hand shoots, can be a combo for the empty gun. Cyan soul: Cyan rope. Purple soul: spawns a book that smashes into the ground. Orange soul: +50% Strength. Red soul: 2 lives.
Combos: Heart Locket + Red soul = 500% more hp, Ballet shoes + Blue Soul = Spawn Ballet shoe that reflects attacks. (too lazy to add more combos
Other Unlockables: 1/100 Sans kills = Ultra sans = Spawn red lasers from hands and blue beam from mouth. Gaster followers: 1/10000 chance of getting every time you drop the mystery guy that rides on the boat i forgot their name.

(How do I feel about the mod)

Honestly, I love this mod! I don't think anyone could make a better mod than this. Although there are bugs here and there, this mod JUST came out.
