I'll take a look into this once I finish the current update. I know Downfall makes their own events, so that is something I can add. I'm not sure why the Pernicious card wouldn't work with bosses though, that will take some digging, lol.

The Pernicious effect not working with Downfall bosses appears to be an incompatibility with an Stslib feature and Downfall. This is something that can get fixed, but not through Chimera Card's itself.

Seconding this, I adore the downfall mod and this would be neat to use with it.

I noticed with Downfall that cards on the Automaton will have Chimera modifiers, but when added to a function, they lose that additional card text.

Version 0.9.0 has enabled event addons for the downfall versions of the events, and Downfall intends to update to add the compatibility for their Hero Bosses from their side.

Support for modifiers on Function cards from Automaton seems very far-fetched currently, given how fundamentally different they are from normal cards. It is actually a 2 way incompatibility, both Function cards and Chimera modifiers would need to be overhauled in order for them to have a chance at working together.

i think its for the best that function cards cant inherit chimera card properties, theyre complicated enough as is
