Can you please press Ctrl + Alt + D (not delete) when you are in game at the offending position, and take a screenshot? Will give me an idea of what the terrain looks like.

I found out how to not glitch the suspension through the map, if you try to place a mine and it says terrain is too angled, or that when you try to place a surface it appears inverted, then the wheels will glitch through suspension trying to reach the bottom side of the terrain where the wheels do collide
