add compatibility with vmanip Manual pickup please!
it wont work for me with manual pickup i think the pickup mod thinks its an entity your supposed to pickup not a charger.

please add some Portal (Game Series), Team Fortress (Game Series) and Left 4 Dead (Game Series) themed health chargers (and also fix some of the chargers being off the walls)

because some of the chargers dont have deactivated texture, id like to fix it but currently i dont have access to pc, i will update the addon when i get it and add some new models if i find them
