Port hope isn't part of the collection. Are you in debug mode? Usually this will happen in debug mode. If you aren't, you're missing tiles needed for that map

Ok, so that means my friend and I cannot find an updated map server.ini then. That google document link shows a list of mods, but not a map load order that we can quickly copy paste.

I will post on your discord asking for an updated list then. Thanks for your help.

Cannot find a map= load order that can be copy pasted to the server. Only found your post on Feb 5th on discord sharing it.

The current map= load order should be on this mod page so others can use this map pack without errors.

I see another member on your discord posted their map= list in May so at least someone has a more current list:

I downloaded the sheets app on my phone and now I can see you have a mod ID section that if I tap, shows the mod list!

On Firefox it only shows the first mod id and that’s it; making it impossible to actually know that was a list in the first place. We spent all that time troubleshooting looking because Google Docs screwed us for using Firefox.

I'm sure others will run into the exact issue we did. The left column showing the pastebin link is formatted correctly. Having a pastebin for the mods and maps list would work for all users.

I'm assuming this is a 4k scaling issue since both of us are on 4k displays using firefox.
