I would like to know it it's incompatible with the Mods that add Synergies between items that usually don't have them, those made by JamesB456, because i have them all on at the moment and would like to run this as well, but i'm scared at how things will fare if i do.

It should work mostly fine with JamesB456 synergies mods, the only thing of which I'm aware is that Dr. Fetus will gain buffs from both mods, but nothing critical

Oh well, being buffed two times doesn't seem like an Incompatibility, just a lucky combination of Stats and Mechanics.

Also, have you ever played Samael with Neptunus? It's a thing of Beauty, the creator actually put it as a Synergy and it tranforms him into a Living Chainsaw X)

I can't replicate error. Can you clarify some things, please?
1) As much as I understand, crash occurs upon t.Eden's damage-reroll:
if I'm right, then I need full list of items, both items you had before and got after reroll.
if else, then I obviously need to know upon which actions game crashed.
2) What other mods you have?

For now I just disabled NS to complete run.

Thanks, man, this is some god tier support. Though, my game started normally...
The only things left are mods' data and game data (I've tried to play that seed from dead god save).
Also in this log I don't see neptunus synergies mentioned. Could you try to start that seed with the mod disabled and check whether game crashes?

@Lalhs It should not, as much as understand, but could I ask you to give some more details, please?
1) Do you have Repentogon? (just to be fully sure I didn't totally screw up with normal version)
2) How did that look, cause I don't fully understand from that description, what exactly is happening.
(my current guess is that instead of Tech X circle laser, black circle laser like from "Athame" or "Maw of the Void" was spawned)
3) Could you give (atleast approximately) list of items you had in run?
