Make the Map a Player Destruction Map
Make the players drop coal and then let the winning team with the enemies' coal ride the train in the middle out to victory that would be cool i think.

Maybe as an alternate mode for the map.
Personally I'm not really a fan of PD mode, as everyone tends to play Scout or Demoknight.

Sorry, a PD version is not planned. We did consider making the trains move through mid, but it created some issues. Maybe in a Halloween version... :)
