So I got my mitts on the blunderbus, and used it in the hangar section. I used it check for enemies on the second floor since cortana wasn't opening the hunter door. Well in my search for more enemies I accidentally went to the third floor and through the next section which triggered a loading zone. This must have broken the scripting, as now I can't open the hangar door for more marines, can't progress as the doors after the control room are locked too. No enemies left to open them. To make it worse I got a checkpoint, so I'm proper ♥♥♥♥♥♥. If I go back to the first floor I can't get back up to the second floor without something in the mod pushing me up. Help.
