I died with the inverted pistol, lotsip, in my hands. After that happened, every single game in the MCC has inverted vertical controls. How do I fix this issue? I have tried restarting the campaign, closing and reopening MCC, and dying with the lotsip. None of that has fixed this issue.

Solution: When you pick up the lotsip, the look inversion is turned on. Just turn it off in the settings.
