While playing the campaign with a friend we noticed that most of the time we couldn't respawn each other, the text just said "player is combat" while not being in combat at all, most of the time we had to backtrack a lot throughout the level just to be able to respawn.
For example on AOTCR, at the tunnel section, we cleared everything till then, one of us died and we had to go all the way back to where the scorpion spawns just to respawn eachother. As we progressed more and more into the level the issue seemed more constant, when we got to the two briges backtracking didn't help at all. The only place where we managed to respawn one another was while using the elevator, but the more we progressed the elevator respawn seemed to stop working.
Any ideas on what it could be?
