Just experimenting with the scenario, I've installed the entire list of mods in the scrapyard collection however, I have an issue selecting blocks.

I'm unable to repair gyroscopes as I get an error saying that unknown technology needs to be researched first. Hinges, Rotors, Pistons are also unavailable.

I'm just checking if this is a bug or a feature of the build restriction
