I've been trying to create a submod using this framework. I'm working with the drone belt, and I've been trying to make a new article of clothing spawn a drone. However, despite both mods being active, and in the right order, it's not actually spawning anything

The errors I'm getting involve null verbs, so I suspect things aren't being called correctly. Is there anything I need to do to make sure my mod works properly with this one?
