How do you get around this bug? I can't spend my exp because of this happening to me

Edit 2: if you pick any character you stop bouncing

Indeed, the only way I've found around it is to bhop to the character select, pick one, and be sure not to jump again lol

another movement related bug is when you die and respawn back in the base it ♥♥♥♥♥ with your momentum or strafing or something like that. makes it impossible to bhop because i go to strafe and it pushes me backwards. sometimes it pushes me forwards and i get an immediate momentum boost on my first hop. very strange
