Sometimes when I get hit (or even when just moving) the game makes me flick to the ground behind me. It can happen repeatedly (e.g. when many enemies rush you), eventually killing you while you can do nothing about it because you are just in the same spot unwillingly flicking to the ground. It is the reason why almost every single run of mine ends, and now I just have to deal with the fact that a bug will eventually kill the whole run.
