i am permanently softlocked after collecting the bowl. I cant move after entering the portal.

Did you use noclip to skip certain triggers and went to trial 1 or did you die before you got the bowl? checkpoints are some of the causes of the bugs in this level as well as using the debug mod

Edit: it seems like this is a bug with your game rather then the level because it had a glitch while loading.
