medical variant spawning on hospital roofs

I suggest you add a few military buildings with helipads around the map and spawn the helicopter(s) there or at one of the buildings

Not a problem. Those were the ones that stood out as being obvious locations for a UH-60 to be parked at.

Looking forward to trying this in a run once you've got some spawns set up!

As an end game goal, you can allow the player to make replacement parts for the helicopter, this would need the player to have extremely high skills in metalworking/electrical/mechanics. also you might need to find a blueprint to make the parts [a magazine] that spawns in military areas. if that does not fit the aesthetic, maybe you could allow players to add makeshift armor to the helicopter like window armor, and door armor.

I am almost sure that there is a mod handling this. One guy asked for the info related to this

Integration with RV Interior could expand the options a lot. Not necessarily make it ultra realistic, but perhaps it can offer more ways to utilise the heli.

Any chance of reducing the max speed? I still think it should be very fast, but I can literally outfly the loading of cells after a second or two of moving and thus have to stop and go repeatedly whenever flying somewhere.

Hmm. Many people were asking for increasing it. I'll see. Highly likely will reduce base speed and will add shift boost for the price of fuel

I think you should add small helicopters like the better helicopter
