Tell me the bugs you encounter coused by this mod so i can bash my monke brain and fix them

Tactical headset is bugged DO NOT use the auto system on it {used Morphine} and it killed the user as the "Morphine" was used unlimtied times without stop and doing so killed the user even after the body was found the "Morphine" was still being used over and over again if you can fix this would be great other wise dont use the auto system

I can't seem to replicate this bug, did you use any mods that override the healing items (like morphine) or any mod that overrides how headset radio range works? If not please tell me the circumstances of the glitch accuring.
