Right as I posted this, I found it. Will spoiler tag just in case. It's in SS_103 (the big square room in recursive transform array where it's about to connect to general system bus, there's a hidden entrance at the bottom, then go left.

Sorry, the linear phase unit is in the works, so there's no way to get there right now.

DMS support. Plus I think It freezes the game in jolly coop. Ears disappear in split screen multi display. You need more mod support.
