when i play with my friend, and i or my friend want to load a contraption (buildings we made) it get stuck on "loading contraption" screen, forever or for a long time that we didnt wait for.
and also, when someone that isnt the server owner tries to place something (example: a human) when a lot of things are place too, everything freezes for said person, but not for the owner.
and servers arent sync'd
