I do think the character has good air potential but lacks in ground combos and moves.

i did also see that rko does no dmg.

At this point I feel like the character has high skill ceiling. I think he lacks a reliable downward attack option while in the air.

you can just dash back if you find inner blow that scary at roundstart, nothing can punish you for doing so

Ground combos are kinda limited.

A needed change imo is that his ground grab's alt finisher (Buster Slam) and air grab's alt finisher (RKO) aren't very DIable, making them superior to the standard grab finishers (Dual Palm) in every way, if possible make the effect of DI more noticable. perhaps in a way that is opposite to the standard grab finishers as those are weak to correctly handled DI. This way the standard grab finishers (Dual Palm) aren't kinda useless unless you're really high up in the air.
