This is strange. It does work on my computer. Make sure you have all sound content, you type valid names and you don't have console error: "Failed to load sound..." when use this command. Also make sure you separate every word with space symbol. There are no sound files for numbers named "one", "two" etc, but for digit number, like "hundred", thousand", "million". So your composite numbers should be written like, an example: 1 hundred 30 4 (134). It doesn't process composite numbers automatically.

If the autocomplete doen't show you tips means there's no such sound files. There's no such words you wrote.
In your case you should use postfix sound files. Buuuut.. There will be a small pause between words. Here're examples:

ed
-ed
-like
-ish

"cassie enter -ed" will give you "Enter [small pause] ed".

There will be small pause between word and postfix and I may fix it in future. Also, if you want to make regular announcements, use common sound files. An example:
hasentered
all_remaining
scp_remaining_0
scp_remaining_multiple
scp_subjects
