oh btw, i just saw three kindoms mod for Medival II released on july 31, 2014.

but the campaigne map look weird (and the 2 major rivers are too narrow) oO can we get Shogun 2 version with wider river please

paitience friend, I can't even imagine how long this mod alone took him to draft up, something on a scale that big would probably be a while.

i am not trying to rush uanime5 onto this, XD

just wanna know if he has plan to do it in the future.

personally i think shogun 2 has better potential to make a good three kingdoms mod.

especially Southern china are more focused on navel warfare, and nothern/mid china are separated by "yellow river and long river" we want wider river gap and lakes just like the water channels in between japanese islands

the medival mod looks like theres no nval battle at all

its not really about potential its about modability, shogun 2 wont be good becasue even if you change the units to look chinese they are still going to have the animations of samurai in the way they fight and shoot arrows and the such , M2tw is the best moddable tw game, i think a rotk would be ruined if it was forced to use samurai motion animations in sword fighting but taht is up to the modders

Shogun 2 has saber animations used in tercos, they are good enough. I agree that medieval 2 is nice platform for mods, but game is geting already old. Shogun 2 engine looks and work amazing and its about time we get a new engine to play with.

that bring up a good question oO i wonder how sabre calvary fight when dismounted, maybe it could be modded into shield swordman

I took the liberty of modifying this mod a bit for my own personal use - The Sabre animation are usable but nowhere nearly as good compared to Katana Combat Animations which made using synchronized Mo-Cap with other animations by CA.

what we need is another Lord Of the Rings Mod like in Medieval 2 total war now that was awesome but yes i would LOVE to be the Shu kingdom
