no it doesn't, that only affects the world. the character itself stays an adult. you get bullied hard by the smallest centipedes with that world_state, and maybe some other changes i'm unaware of

@Jimmerzz in fairness to Tooth and Claw this game is jank as hell and it wouldnt surprise me that world_state would effect the character more than the world.
