From my experience using this mod "https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2967418648" (Show Enemies and Trees Status) which depends on your mod to adjust its settings, the settings won't save if I am subscribed to more than 15 other mods (16 in total including this mod).
