Might just be me, since based on the comments at least a few people have played this mod, but the in game UI displays the Civ name, the abilities, the city names, and basically everything as, like, a default placeholder text, or path or something. For Example "LOC_TRAIT_CIVILIZATION_MC_LET_THE_GODS_FEED_US_DESCRIPTION"

Interesting, could you provide screenshots and if possible modding logs ? You can find it in C:\Users\(Users)\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Logs

Ah. With that prompt I was able to find the problem. Seems something about the Ironwood Civ didn't like the Senku Ishigami civ https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/workshop/browse/?appid=289070&searchtext=senku&childpublishedfileid=0&browsesort=textsearch&section= being enabled at the same time. Turning off Senku fixed the problem.
