so what does an optimum work out schedule look like for spacing and stuff, and for how long?

So as for timings it mainly takes into account your stiffness and time till stiffness as a way to space things out. I believe (not extensively tested) you can get 2 fitness + 2 strength exercises in (perhaps more if they are short) before you'll get a reduced bonus. And after muscle soreness goes away. (sets in after 8hrs)

TLDR have a complete workout and wait for muscle soreness to go away.

Hello. Your mod great and very close to perfection, but it would be very nice for character to increase body temperature during workouts just like vanilla ones. It adds a lot to immerse and most important - low temperature worlds. It's very noticable and freezing during workout feels... wanky. I think it's pretty simple to add since we have an example in vanilla fitness files.

Hi I did a bit of testing and looks like with max regularity and max rested squats give 36% more exp per irl second than treadmil, I wonder is there any reason to use treadmil or what i could ve missed during my testing

edit: zamn the moment i send this comment i realised treamil gives sprinting xp. So is this the only reason to use tread?

Love your mod! Is there any way to make regularity decay configurable? I want to make it so having high regularity gives nice passive boost to experience(you figured it out), but with vanilla decay rate it takes almost a month for it to drop noticeably.

I check and cant see an clear way to implement atm. its just not exposed, unless i need to do a deep dive. Sorry probably not for the near future.

a bit late but hey, this seems strange as a quick test of 1 ingame hour shows the treadmill giving like 3.5x the xp (both on max regularity), many factors could contribute...
