Just had 8 stacks of food poisoned due to hosting a noble (the only one in my base) from a short quest. While mechanically correct and pretty immersive, I made a purposeful choice not to engage with royalty in this settlement and as such was making no effort to keep an eye out for terrorism.
Assuming the quest was from this mod, maybe just a short reminder should be added to the quest description itself?
