Kitchen Debates seems very strong.
0 Energy: Deal 9 Damage. Future 2: Draw 1 Card. Exhaust.

It exhausts, but still, 9 damage + 1 card draw for 0 energy seems too good for a Common card. I would at least make it Uncommon.

有些牌不是需要弃置攻击才能发动，就像是原版一些牌需要弃牌才能发动。
原本当手里没牌时候。需要弃牌发动的也可以照常使用。而现在，战争牌卡手。
希望当手里没攻击牌时，战争牌也可以照常发动

这个操作不了了，模型都是按必须弃牌设计的
