Playing the United States, the space programs progress smoothly until they prepare for the orbiting mission. An event that tells the Apollo launch mission failed has suddenly propped up even though the countdown to the resolution of "preparing launch mission" hasn't finished yet. Then, no further event is triggered and the rocket system module is stuck, making it impossible to change the rocket or adjust the payload. While I could still carry out research or launch satellites, the Apollo project was completely stuck in preparing to orbit for the rest of the gameplay. Is that a bug?
