I was messing around with the siren head nextbot until it somehow killed a citizen that I didnt spawn. I know i didnt spawn it because before I spawned siren head I cleaned up the map like 10 times in a row.

Edit: I did some more investigating and found out that the citizen is sitting on a chair in a secret room lol. that scared me though
