Install really advanced setup, go to advanced setup, chose "Flat Earth 140x140" under "map" and then add these to "Map Bonus" > "resources".

8-12 of each land luxury
16 of each sea luxury (crab, coral, pearls, whales) - (gives island civs more of a chance)

BONUS
200 fish - (gives island civs more of a chance)
14 of each land-based bonus resource (maybe 30 for bananas)
- keep in mind, AWAW adds more bonus resources when you start a game

STRATEGIC - turn "Relaxed Rules" on for these!
70 Aluminium
100 Coal
120 Hardwood (turn relaxed rules off on this) (>desert hardwood)
85 Horses
85 Iron
100 Oil (for some reason RAS doesn't put oil in the water...)
35 Uranium

Do not add lead or tin, AWAW seems to do that automatically.
