Can you give him less ending lag & landing lag on his aerials? its really hard to actually zone with him because of how slow his moves recover. Can you also make his up special move a bit slower? Right now it's pretty easy to quickly go really high in the air, and KO them with kragg at 0.
I like this character a lot, you did a great job with his moves, and would love to see him tournament legal :)
