Same issue. The rest of the mod's features work, I can use unarmed combat attacks and everything regarding Fancy Handwork performs perfectly. But I'm unable to attack with the off hand while holding down the Modifier Key. Aiming with Control is also disabled.

FIGURED IT OUT - There is a conflict with the mod HARDCORE RELOAD that prevents dual wielding and making use of the modifier key to perform the off hand attack

i have found another incompatibality, firearms b41 does not work with it

Must be something else, Firearms B41 works just fine with this mod for me, i changed to TACTICAL RELOAD mod and I can dual wield just fine with Firearms B41
