Rivulet shorter cycles bug.
While rivulet's shorter cycles was enabled, shelter failures were happening 100% of the time, even when I set the chance to 0%

Just got a cycle that was normal, without either the shortened cycle or shelter failure, while it should been a half length cycle

This was a issue in a very old version I straight up just forgot to use the config values.
