Don't know where to post this but here is the mod i use to have 5 civic points still works in 3.7 no issues, https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2467333700 It does give the AI 5 points letting you know.

Jovian Leagues seems like a great candidate for a patch, considering that they seem to have a similar design ethos.

Distant Origin, I don't know what would be required to make things work with that, but a patch for that one would be super cool, too.

unique worlds already has a patch, dark space is possible and might come eventually (after ACOT).
unique worlds patch is the pd addons one.

Sorry i was talking about some unique origins like children of unit 04 or archive. Maybe i did something wrong with modlist but i cant choose them as civics

@Стас Самдаун those add system starts and therefore cannot be made into a civic at least until that ability is added in future updates
