So i got all set up and changed the premissions to let it do its magic and well instead of having an mp4, it instead gave me each frame as an folder. Is this intended?

Blender is needed for this.

    
1. Open blender with a fresh project in the video editing space.
       
2. Under Format select Fps to 60
       
3. Now press shift+a and go to Image Sequence .
       
4. You should now see your file manager. Find the folder with all the pictures off your replay.
       
5. Sort the files by name. Make sure that the frames/pictures are in numerical order
       
6. Select a random file and press "A" and the press Add image Strip
       
7. In the timeline your video should have a number at the end of the file name
       
8. Match that number with the number with the option that says "End" under Frame Range
       
9. Now under outup, select a folder where video should be exported to
       
10. Select as File format "AVI JPEG" (no sound) and 90% but if possible "ffmpeg video" (with sound)
        
11. IF YOUR VIDEO IS ON ITS HEAD YOU MUST DO THIS BEFORE RENDERING
        
12. Press "n". an option menu should open if if not already open
        
13. Under Strip and Transform, press "Mirror Y"
        
14. Lastly add sound if your using ffmpeg. Open the folder from the start. at the bottom of the folder find "sound.wav"
        
15. Drag and drop it into blender and put it at exactly 0:00. you can move the file with right click.
        
16. Now render with crtl+f12 or under render tap at the top
