what does kinda sad do?
i would like to know because i bought the skin for him and dont know how to play him for ♥♥♥♥ lol

A bit late but in my experience "kinda sad" takes like a 1/4 of your actual hp and gives you an damage multiplier

takes hp and gives you projectiles on all moves I think, it also buffs divide by 8 and makes despair almost a completely new move

cheaper version of Despair, cost hp to use, and doesn have the big ah wave
