Item 2931479403 isn't installed or has no content
Workshop downloads nothing. That topic title is what the log states.

The 2 characters I attempted to test, downloaded correctly.

Going to the steam workshop folder shows that indeed there is no folder with your mod ID installed at all.

Use steamCMD to download the mod.
You'll need to make sure you copy the file over to the proper content folder (will be the same drive you installed the game to)

after you download place the folder in the workshop content folder you installed hustle to. for me is drive i
