Ever since the Resonance Cascade happened, not only HECU and Black Ops forces were sent to investigate, but also a callout from China was sent from the government to also investigate this disaster. China released a spy balloon to New Mexico to face HECU,Black Ops,Black Mesa Personnal, And even aliens! Russian soldiers were sent to kill all HECU and Black Ops spotted including Personnal of Black Mesa. Later they would find out about a guy named "Freeman" by the HECU. And decided to hunt him down. But the Chinese soldiers weren't the only ones hunting down Freeman. The Black Ops forces also learned who "Freeman" was from the HECU. But of course, nothing could be completed for the chinese spy ballon as Freeman managed to destroy it, for good.
