I can't use it even if I close all mods

I suspect that some files were not updated correctly.

Delete the folder BepInEx (Library > Rain World > right click > Properties > Installed Files > Browse) and verify the integrity of the game (Library > Rain World > right click > Properties > Installed Files). It will download any missing or corrupted files.
