There was a mod that had Birdmen of Catrazza along with other units down in the wastelands with it said they were refugees from Tylos with additional mechanics such as rewards in a Skaven campaign for defeating and imprisoning said faction leader. Haven't been able to find a workshop entry for such across all three games in a while and thought this may be the best place to post inquiries as to whether anyone has seen it/heard of it.
