For some reason, when I play multiplayer in this room (I am the host), my BF is not able to see anything when we teleport to the lobby of the motel. We've restarted it twice now and the room never lights up, it's just pitch black on his end.

And this is how it should work now :D

I found the small key for the staff only room, opened the door and then became stuck in the door/wall. I was able to rotate to look around and crouch but was no longer able to move.

I don't know if this is something that can be fixed but we noticed when we played that the sound levels are off. We (myself and my boyfriend) have played almost all normal levels of the base game and never had any issues but the moment we started this room we both had to lower our sound settings almost to zero for it to not be too loud.

Playing this in multiplayer, we figured out the answer to the drawer puzzle, however, the shackle came off the lock and nothing opened/happened.

Following the instruction of the last puzzle with the clock we did it and it did not work

getting the white ball behind the cardboard boxes is extremely fussy for positioning. Should be adjusted to be easier to get

Also the stove doors in the corridor are interactable which is funny

Absolutely cannot reach any ball for the painting.

Accidentally dropped the star key and it vanished forever :(

In last room, we dropped one of the puzzle pieces that dropped and it disappeared through the floor and we can't complete the map

In the last room, me and my friend weren't able to put the last plank on, we had the top two planks but unable to put on the last plank so we had to restart. When we were restarting, after we pressed play it took us (I think outside the map?) to a black and white area where it only showed something like "If you want to check out more maps", and we were unable to go anywhere. So we restarted again, and then everything worked out fine.

Hello, I accidentally dropped the wooden ball and it disappeared so I couldn't complete the room. :(

We did everything we could and it is impossible to make the lock drop in the staff room on the computer desk when we open it with the code found with the tapes. We tried 4 times. So sad we could not finish the room.
