I factory reset my game and the culling is still there, seems like my gmod experience is just ruined

I dont know you guys, but i just installed the addon, disabled the fog, and uninstalled it again, and it's gone

i tried it too, but it just doesnt work, i deactive the fog in the contextual menu, but it doesnt do nothing, and i dont want to have to uninstall all my addons again, i dont know what to do, this is literally the only game i have paid on steam and my parents buy it for me on my b-day

I think i found the problem, it is from other mods that cause modded fog that are turned on by default

Such as the mod called "horde optimizer", that puts fog in the game

the fog is coming
