The map is amazing but feels nowhere as lively as Southside, the sound, interactions and large quantity of decorations truly made it feel like a realistic city. I think a problem is that there are less enter-able buildings which was not as noticeable in your previous maps due to being smaller scaled but it gets really apparent in this one.
