Well I tested it with all 3 leaders and it worked, did you skip any focuses using the console?

Do you still have the logs from that session? You can find them in Documents/Paradox Interactive/Hearts of Iron IV/logs
Keep in mind that they reset when you start the game though

Hi, i've got a problem. It seems that i cannot train divisions, same goes for division designer, i cannot add, delete or modify any divisions. Cannot even delete the ones that i started with

-EDIT: found out its locked via focuses

It's locked until you pick a path that's not SDP so you can't cheese the civil war in that path

After completing danubian confederaction's elections, i choose the social democratic one. Party leader changed but country leader didn't.

Hey, so when ever I wanna do a monarchist path (Habsburg if it's important) I can't do the decisions to raise up popularity of monarchists. I don't know how to post screenshots through Steam sadly.

By I can't do it, it just doesn't show in the decisions tab
