for some reason it glitches for me too, but just hover your mouse a bit to the bottom left of the selection and it should work.

yeah same, i just cant use the menu when i press b to open it, very annoying.

i figured it out OH MY GOD it's so janky

ok so i opened it, hovered my mouse over creatures, and then items lit up, i then realized that IT'S OFFSET!

whenever you open the menu with B, depending on where your cursor is at the time the place where your mouse has to be to open a menu changes

so if i opened it ON my slugcat, it's offset to the right
if i opened it on the middle of the screen, it's offset to the left, i hope this helps you and perhaps the developers?

ive had this problem for a while and i found out how to fix it ^^
1.disable the mod
2.restart the game
3.enable the mod
4.restart the game again :P
5.it should be fixed :D

Just restart the game when its smoth and not pixely its fine
